A Vegan Feast


Here are a few snaps of a vegan feast that I had a while back! Thought it may inspire some, as well as myself, to create something new today! 

I made a stuffed pumpkin with smoked tofu and yeast flakes, fresh herbs, spices and nuts! Its yummier than it sounds!! To compliment, I made a basil pesto!

I also made a deconstructed vegan cheesecake with fresh berry syrup and coconut ice cream. It was a bit delicious!
